You send us a bill. Then what? Here's the whole thing, start to finish.

step 1: you send your bills

Upload them, snap a photo, or forward the email. That's it. We never ask for your provider passwords.

step 2: we read the fine print

We pull out the bits that matter:

  • plan name
  • rates and charges
  • your usage
  • contract end date
  • exit fees
  • discounts that are about to expire

New to this? Here's how to read your power bill in five minutes.

step 3: we check the market

We compare plans that suit how you actually use them. We also check your current provider's own better plans. The ACCC found the average household could have saved $291 just by moving to their own retailer's best offer.

step 4: a real person checks it

Every review is checked by a real person before it reaches you. No exceptions.

step 5: your report

You get:

  • what you pay now
  • your best options
  • an estimated yearly saving
  • exactly what to do next
  • tips for asking for a retention offer (here are our haggle scripts)

what $99 buys you, and what it doesn't

You get: a proper look at your bills and a plan you can act on.

You don't get:

  • commissions or kickbacks (we don't take any)
  • affiliate links
  • sales calls
  • a switch you didn't say yes to. We never switch you without your say-so.

FAQ

How long does it take? Most reviews are ready within 2–3 business days of receiving your bills.

What bills do you cover? Power and gas, NBN internet, mobile, and the subscriptions you half forgot.

What if there's no saving? If we can't find you a saving, we'll refund the $99.
