These terms cover your use of Agent Bill at agentbill.com.au. By creating an account or paying, you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain.
Who we are
Agent Bill is an independent bill review service run from Sydney. We make money only from the fees you pay us. We don't take commissions, kickbacks or affiliate payments from any provider.
What we do
- Bill Review: $99 one-off. You send us your household bills and subscriptions. We look for cheaper plans, retention offers and sign-up bonuses, and send you a written report.
- Bill Watch: $49 a year. After a Bill Review, we keep an eye on your bills and let you know when it's worth looking again. It renews each year until you cancel.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
What we don't do
- We give general information, not personal financial, credit or legal advice.
- We don't switch providers for you or sign you up to anything. You decide, and you deal with the provider.
- We don't compare home loans, credit or investments.
- We never ask for your provider passwords.
Your bill pack
You add your bills, then send them as one pack. Once it's sent, it's locked and we start your review. Bills that arrive after that are kept for your next review. If you need something added, message us.
How reports are made
With your consent, software helps us read and compare your bills. A real person checks and approves every report before you see it. Prices and offers change often, so check them with the provider before you switch.
Payment
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details. Bill Watch charges once a year on your renewal date.
Our guarantee and refunds
If we can't find you a saving, we'll refund the $99. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Cancelling Bill Watch
Cancel any time from your account. You keep Bill Watch until the end of the year you've paid for, and it won't renew.
Your part
- Only send bills that are yours, or that you're allowed to share.
- Give us accurate details.
- Keep your login to yourself.
Our responsibility
We take care with every review, but we can't promise a provider will honour an offer or that prices won't change. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Closing your account
You can delete your account from the portal. We may close an account that's misused, and we'll tell you why.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and let customers know about big changes.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
